1. Service Fee

DamDelay charges a one-time service fee of $9.99 USD to file your flight delay or cancellation claim with the airline and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Our service fee is non-refundable once your claim has been filed. This is because:

• We immediately process and submit your claim to the airline and DOT
• Our service has been rendered upon submission
• Administrative costs are incurred regardless of the outcome

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following rare circumstances:

• Technical Error: If our system fails to submit your claim due to a technical issue on our end
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same claim
• Service Not Rendered: If we fail to file your claim within 48 hours of payment

4. No Guarantee of Compensation

Our $9.99 fee is for the claim filing service only. We do NOT guarantee that:

• The airline will provide compensation
• The DOT will rule in your favor
• You will receive any specific amount of money

Compensation decisions are made solely by the airline based on their policies, DOT regulations, and the specific circumstances of your flight.

5. Chargeback Policy

Important: Filing a chargeback with your credit card company after we have successfully filed your claim is considered fraud and may result in:

• Termination of service
• Withdrawal of your claim with the airline and DOT
• Legal action to recover costs
• Reporting to credit bureaus and fraud prevention agencies

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

If you used a promotional code or discount that reduced your fee to $0.00, no refund is applicable as no payment was made.
